I am here to offer you my 25 years of knowledge and experience in the fitness industry. If you need personal training for fitness, rehabilitation from lower limb injuries, training for a specific sport or anti/post natal then I can help. You can book either face to face or online sessions with me to help you achieve your goals. I am based in London but also provide training in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire subject to availability.
You have most likely landed on my site for one of two reasons…..You need motivating or You need educating. Everyone needs a kick up the behind sometimes, you might need that appointment in the diary to stay on track or just that text to keep focussed. I’m there to motivate you, listen to you and of course guide you towards whatever your goal might be. Understanding what exercises work best for your body can be tricky but that’s what I’m here for, building an effect routine into your life.
You get world class personal training sessions either at your home, private studio, local park or online, there’s an option for everyone. You also have 24/7 access to me, any question answered or just a quick check in. You receive personalised videos for you to do in-between our sessions so you maximimise the effects of the training. Advice on what equipment and clothing would best suit you, you get everything I know on tap!
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 2 decades, working in the commercial, medical and private sectors. Over those years I have accumulated over 10,000 hours of training experience and knowledge to share with you now. I have worked closely with Orthopaedic Surgeons and Physiotherapist, providing rehabilitation to people dealing with foot and ankle, knee and hip injuries. As my tag line reads, I bridge the gap between injury and full fitness. Guiding you back to full fitness, often these are both physical and physiological barriers that need to be overcome, I help you through both. I have provided personal training to people from every walk of life, working towards every sort of goal imaginable, basically you are in really good hands!
