I have continued my education by attending as many seminars and top up courses as possible. I then left Nuffield in 2013 to set up Jon Holmans Fitness and now train clients across London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire.

My first 2 loves were football and cricket and I progressed to have coaching from Chelsea FC and Kent County Cricket Club respectively as a junior. I then ran his first 10k race at 15 and was instantly hooked on athletics, I went on to compete for the county of Kent plus gaining national standard times over long distance and cross country. I have personal best times for 10k 31:37, Half Marathon 70:05 and 2:43 for the Marathon. I now coach junior football and assist with cricket coaching.
